Not A Snow Day...

But a BLIZZARD day!  Yep, that's right.  Winter is not over yet!  We were able to enjoy one day of 60 degree weather a week or two ago but winter is back full force!  I have been awake for some time.  The wind this morning woke me up.  I looked outside and wasn't sure if I should attempt to go into work or not.  All the school districts around me and around where I work were all closed.  But they have been closed before and I haven't had any problems traveling.  I thought today would be a little different though with the wind and the forecast says up to 8 inches of snow by late afternoon.  For some reason, probably the fact that payday is coming up, I decided to go and try to make it to work.  I didn't get very far.  I got completely out of the driveway then completely stuck.  Luckily Josh was home and was able to dig me out and the car went straight back into the garage.  I came inside to call my work (I do actually feel bad because I was the only one that was going to be there in the billing department today, but there's no way I would have made it there and home) and Josh tried to clean off the driveway.  Then our friend that lives downstairs was trying to pull into the driveway to come home and got stuck too.  Josh helped him get his car inside the garage.

I tried to take some pictures, but it was kid of hard since most of our windows look like this:

Well here's to my much needed/wanted day off!  Putting the PJs back on!  Yippee!!
