Yay!  We have Internet again AND blogger let me upload pictures in a timely manner!  I don't know why but I have been having some serious problems uploading pictures.  Some days it would take like an hour to upload one picture.  It seems like I have been working on this post for like ever!

After two long weeks for both of us, Josh and I met up in Indianapolis for a weekend.  It was a lot of fun.  We didn't stay at a very nice place; in fact, it was pretty gross, but we got to see each other :)  We did things the Wray way and kept busy the whole weekend.

First stop was Eiteljerg Museum, which is just a small western art museum.  This was Josh's favorite painting:

The had a pretty cool kid area, which we both totally loved.

The tepees that we made:

After the museum, we went to the NCAA Hall of Champions.  It wasn't what either of us thought it was going to be and were a little disappointed in it, plus it was pretty crowded.

Lastly, you can't go to Indianapolis and not go to the race track.  So, to the racetrack we went.  It was pretty cool.  We rode a little tour bus around the track.  It took us about 10 minutes to go all the way around. It was pretty cool

We went into the museum to see all the old race winner cars.  It was neat to see the change in style throughout the years.

Here is their trophy.  I thought it was so odd that it is covered by the faces of those who have won.  How strange is that?  Not sure that I'd like me face on a trophy.

Overall, it was a great weekend.  It was nice to be able to see each other too.  Indianapolis has a pretty nice downtown area.  It was much smaller than I thought it was.  It was fun.

The next weekend, I went up to Detroit and spent the weekend with the Waters.  It was fun to see them again!  Valerie told me about a website called  I don't know where I have been, but I had never heard of it before!  I was completely addicted by the time I left.

Josh came home this last weekend and it home for the next few months!  YAY!  This fourth year is almost over!  May just can't come soon enough.  And this gets us all caught up...for now.

  1. I think if you don't want your face on a trophy, maybe drive slower? Looks like you filled up that weekend with a lot of stuff! Nice, you never know if you'll be back there again, so why not, right?
